How much does a China sourcing agent cost?
We charge 5% of the order value with a minimum of USD 300 per order for sourcing and follow-up. A factory audit is USD 199 per day and a pre-shipment inspection is USD 169 per man-day. We never add a markup to product prices.
Do you sell products or take commission from factories?
No. We only sell services. You pay the factory directly and pay us a separate, written service fee, so our only incentive is to get you the best supplier.
What is the minimum order you can help with?
We work with orders from about USD 2,000. Smaller orders can use the USD 99 supplier shortlist report and order directly.
How do I pay the factory?
You pay the factory directly to its verified company bank account, usually 30% deposit and 70% after inspection. We check that the account name matches the business licence before you pay.
How long does sourcing take?
You receive a shortlist of three to five verified suppliers within 3 to 7 working days. Samples usually take 7 to 15 days and mass production 20 to 45 days depending on the product.
Can you inspect goods I bought from Alibaba or 1688?
Yes. We can audit a factory or inspect goods for orders you placed yourself on Alibaba, 1688 or any other platform.
Which countries do you ship to?
We coordinate sea, air and rail freight to most countries, including the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, using DDP or FOB terms.
